2 ♔ pranks exist, prove me wrong

[ Hey, see that on the ground? It's two tickets to that thing you love-- no, wait. It is that thing you love. Or that precious thing you thought went missing a month ago. Or something really valuable that you like or want, like money, or if you're a sensible islander, like soap. Let's just say it's something your character may really want.

WHATEVER IT IS, it moves slightly out of reach when you go to grab it.

And again.

And again.

What do you do? ]

Considering the number of humans in the world, it'd be boring if you didn't.

Just don't let him hear that if he comes here if his luck fails him. No one on the island would get any peace.

Constantly. He makes it a point when people say 'not even Kid can do that,' he goes and proves them wrong.

Knowing that guy, he probably wouldn't deny you a witch. He likes to say it's 'magic' until I figure out how he did the trick.

...you two are kind of similar in that aspect.

Considering he hates death, probably not friends.

And despite how frustrating he is, his rules are clearly defined. He pretty much gets people mad by pure and simple annoyance.

Not all the rules. You stick to your rules, but there's a lot in the game that's undefined.

Well, he is a bit more straight forward in his game. Capture the jewel and/or capture him to win. If he gets away, he wins. And figuring out the trick is how one can capture him.

Especially since it's for a scenario I only know through you. It makes the means to victory far more complicated.

Hopefully it all even's out then.

True, but maybe the next two pieces will show me that answer.

If you're willing to promise, then it must be good.

But it's always good to see confidence.
