ORDER IN THE COURT!

I've always wanted to say that!

Now umm... I have no idea what's going on! But this piece of paper that came from the sky tells me that I should ask the defense and... the prosuction to tell me and everyone what happened and what IS happening! You do that, right?

((ISLAND COURT AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME. Okay, so for those who want to see the last ones, look at here and here.
Same rules apply here;
Each witness has their own thread. Put up "TESTIMONY OF SOSOSO" on it.
Threadhopping is fine and dandy.
First comments go to our two 'lawyers'.))

... Testify?

... ... PRESS X AND LETS GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD
From: [identity profile] princesskun.livejournal.com
... Press what-- Anyway, we went to the scene to find a dead body laying face-down on the beach.

*and turning to Ruby* Want to continue?
From: [identity profile] screwthejewels.livejournal.com
Gladly!

After contemplating our next plan of action, we chose to bury the body so the man could rest in peace, nameless as he was.
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
... so you moved the body? Are you sure it is still there right now?
From: [identity profile] princesskun.livejournal.com
What kind of question is that? Anyway, it should be. It better be.
From: [identity profile] screwthejewels.livejournal.com
Only a truly cruel person would have tampered with that.
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
Sooooo if I were to go back there, the corpse would still be there, under the sand?

Witness two, you do realize only a truly cruel person would murder someone, right?
From: [identity profile] princesskun.livejournal.com
Yes. If we were to return there, there's a good chance it be in the sand.
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
Well, you say you buried him in the sand.

Sand right by the ocean.

In a place that the ocean could easily wash up and uncover the body again.
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
well your bit of fail regarding where bodies should be buried aside--

Did you do anything to the body before burying it?
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
HMMMM.

But you buried it, as you said! So that means you had to move it! Did anything seem unusual while you did this?!
From: [identity profile] princesskun.livejournal.com
... Ruby used his psychic Pokemon to help me out as I moved it into the hole. That's all.
From: [identity profile] screwthejewels.livejournal.com
That's right. Nothing was out of the ordinary aside from the obvious.
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
... so you used your Pokemon.

So, tell the court, are these Pokemon capable of slashing or stabbing something?
From: [identity profile] screwthejewels.livejournal.com
Of course not! My Pokemon are bred specifically for contests, where they show off their looks and grace!
From: [identity profile] haxtheworld.livejournal.com
... well, having them look nice and pretty is all well and good, but the question is do they have claws capable of it...!
From: [identity profile] princesskun.livejournal.com
Even if they did, I wouldn't believe Ruby would have them attack a person.
From: [identity profile] screwthejewels.livejournal.com
To the ones that that applies to, their claws are trimmed and taken care of regularly. And Alto is right, they would never attack a person.
