I suppose while I'm here, I can try to practice my writing. Looking at this beautiful yet surreal scenery makes me feel like I should try and do something creative while I have all this inspiration around me.

But... I wonder where I should begin? It would be wonderful if I could get the opinions of the residents here, so if you don't mind taking the time to answer...

What kind of stories do you like most?

A strong female... yes, I like that! The kind of person young girls can look up to, right?

It really is inspiring to see a confident girl who creates goals for herself and achieves them with her own strength... I think that would be a great character!

Right, right? And using a male lead is so overdone and all, it sorta starts the story off pretty bland, even if it is a great story.

I think men make great leads too, but you may be right. Having a character like you describe might be uncommon enough to pique a reader's interest right away...

Yeah, exactly! You could practically take a page from any other story with a male lead, change it up a bit to fit a female lead and hey, best seller!

How are you going to get the book out to people if you don't sell it?

I do want to sell them, but... not just for the sake of selling them. I want to write so I can share my love of reading with other people. So I want every story I publish to be something meaningful.
