You can try to prove it, but I won't fall for a trick. It would have to be irrefutable.

However, every time a 'witch' has been brought up, it's always been proven there was no such thing. All it was, was a human with a clever trick.

Is that really your irrefutable proof?

All it would take is a small computer that registers words and types them out. Some sort of projection system is attached to that, but I haven't look around enough to say what kind of projection it is yet. Though if I had to guess...perhaps something small was in the dust the butterfly burst into, something not immediately visible to the naked eye, but would be solid enough for the light to show up on. You have it be so short so it doesn't have time to become obvious it's not as solid as it seems. The sound would be automatic with the system starting and you make sure it only has those words appear with some sort of switch you have on your person.

Though I'll need more evidence to say what sort of system you use exactly.

As Clarke says, it's amazing what computers can do. There's even virtual reality games that make you feel like you're really in the setting by hijacking your senses. [He paused and pulled out a notebook, writing down a note. It might be a possibility for the island and he wouldn't want to forget it. He'd have to remember what Agasa had told him about that sort of technology later.]

But you really shouldn't be so insistent that your magic is real to laugh like that, neesan. People will think you're crazy. [Puts away the notebook.] So, will you give another sample of the trick or have I seen all I will be allowed to see?

And yes, the laugh needs some work. I usually hear it from murderers who've lost it or break down after they've been caught by Uncle. [It was disturbing, really.]

Witches are as varied as humans. We don't all share the same laugh, and what you see on TV is merely what humans perceive us as.
