ORDER IN THE COURT!

I've always wanted to say that!

Now umm... I have no idea what's going on! But this piece of paper that came from the sky tells me that I should ask the defense and... the prosuction to tell me and everyone what happened and what IS happening! You do that, right?

No, no. You see, he's a loud idiot, especially when surprised. If he found the body after wards, the noise he would have made would have caught everyone's attention. But since he already knew what happened...

You're suggesting that I would kill someone, dump the body in the ocean, actually leave evidence of the crime-- including ones that make no sense whatsoever-- just to frame him, when I could have done something much simpler and less time consuming to make him look bad instead?
